The Automatic Torque Calibration Machine is designed for the calibration of all types and models of torque wrenches, including digital, mechanical, click-type, ratchet-type, and screwdriver-style torque tools. It provides automated calibration for torque tools according to ISO 6789-1 and ISO 6789-2 standards.
Equipped with servo-driven technology and SSOFT software, the system ensures precise calibration by comparing the torque values from the reference torque sensor with the values from the torque wrench. Calibration is carried out at adjustable speeds and steps, allowing for peak point capture and the generation of detailed calibration reports.
The machine is capable of calibration up to a 3000 Nm capacity, with options for dynamic systems, torque-angle measurement systems, and torque transducer calibration. The system is designed to reduce operator costs through automation, as it can calibrate various types of static torque tools with ease. Additionally, it offers a flexible setup, allowing for specialized manufacturing based on specific needs.
The optional adapters allow for the calibration of screwdriver-type torque wrenches, angle torque wrenches, and torque sensor calibration adapters, ensuring versatility in the calibration process.
